    Acupuncture needles are so fine that most people do not feel them being inserted. A dull ache often develops at the point. Many people feel deeply relaxed during the treatment.

    The single-use sterile needles come in sealed in front of you and are safely disposed after treatment.

    Chinese herbal medicine is used more for internal conditions, such as skin conditions, digestive disorders, infertility etc. Chinese herbal therapy conducts a diagnostic interview, which includes asking questions relating to your health problems, taking your pulse and examine your tongue before making a prescription.
  • Should my doctor know?
    If you have been prescribed medicine we recommend you tell your doctor that you plan to have acupuncture.
  • Are there any side effects?
    Sometimes a small bruise can appear at a needle site. Occasionally people can feel tired after a treatment but this passes quickly. Cupping could leave bruises at the applied area. Any makings typically disappear after a few days.
  • How much will it cost?
    Consultation is free in our centre. You do not need to pay anything unless you wish to have the treatments as the doctor advises. After consultation the doctor will tell you what treatment is necessary and how much it exactly costs, there are no hidden charges.
